ROBERT LAWTON, “Bobby”/ Writer-Director-Producer

Robert Lawton was born and predominantly raised on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.  He studied film production at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts Film Program.  After graduating from NYU, Robert lived in France and Los Angeles before returning to New York to pursue a career on Wall Street.  He eventually became Vice President in charge of Private Client Services at one of the oldest investment banks on the New York Stock Exchange.  Mr. Lawton is presently a Managing Partner at Catoosa Films LLC, a NYC based film Production Company which co-produced his debut feature, the romantic comedy, Sex & Sushi starring Ashley Carin (The Devil’s Own) and Lucas Papaelias (School of Rock).
